Moses Machipisa- My thoughts on the Feminist Pedagogy
I believe that the feminist pedagogy approach is critical as it empowers learners to contribute through breaking down of barriers between the trainer and trainee. The feminist pedagogical approach is also pivotal in empowering in contextualising the learning process as it has basis on real life experiences which learners can relate to. The approach is also inclusive as it gives the groups that would have ordinarily been marginalised such as the women a voice to contribute towards social transformation.
