Opression of gender in Education
Mostly women are in a lot of countries supressed in the School system. In Myanmar men with lower marks Can attend a higher eduacation than a woman with the same grates. For example ,in medical university women must get high mark than men. Men have more opportunities than women.
Oppression through formal education
The formal education forms a certain "consciouscess" in people perpetuating the linear history. It plays a significant role in establishing interpretions and perceptions as facts. Through these established "facts", oppression is carried out under the guise of "inevitable natural phenomenon".
Religion
We think its a kind of oppression through education if you hold back education, because it prevents the student to form an opinion based on all the facts. This can easily lead to further oppression, because preventing the information will almost force the student to an opinion.
